Help - Converted Video upside down.

    Hi,

This is my first post here. I have DVDFab 8.0.8.5 which I am running on Windows 7. There are some Flash files (.FLV) which I tried to convert to AVI format. The conversion is pretty quick however, the end resulting AVI file is upside down. Why is this happening? How do I fix this?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Please post your internal log file here, you can find it under:
        on Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
        on Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
        on XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
We will check where the problem is. Thanks.

Here is my DVDFab internal log file. It has info for 8.0.8.5 and 8.0.8.9 Beta (at the end). I removed 8.0.8.9 from my computer.

Please let me know how I can fix this problem.

          Thank you.

I had this happen on an avi to mp4 conversion. It was 180 and mirrored. It appears DVDFab does not read the video orientation. I ended up using a different converter.
