Some months ago, i've purchased DVDFab. Today i'm surprised (and frustrated) how many errors or unusable outputs i get back from this software. May be i try things to do other people do not, and therefore i hope for ony time it's my mistake:
I have a MKV-File with a size of 18 GB. I want to "shrink" it to get smaller, say about 5 GB. I started the Video Converter und opened the MKV an "converted" it agein to MKV with a smaller size.
Video Converter does that without to complain, but what ever i set, do and try, the output file is every time unusable. Neither a software player (like VLC) nor my hardware box (TViX) can play the output file without a massive jerking and audio troubles.
Can anyone say me what i'm doing wrong?
