My dvdfab video converter halts after a few minutes

Ive been working with this for four days, all I want to do is put Movies on my Iphone 4 from movies I have already run through dvdfab.
Problem is they wont finish ever.
Ive tried it on every iphone setting there is still same thing.
I am going to try ipod settings as soon as Im finished here to see if that might work. Any suggestions I would welcome.

Hi compxcopy,

For the converting freezing problem, to post or attach all your DVDFab_internal. log file would be very helpful.

You can find that:
on Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
on Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
on XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
