    M2ts to mkv failed conversation

    Please help . I just recently bought the 2 years *Video Converter* software and so far this is what I'm getting

    “Work 1 failed, Error = 504.00 0 error: process exception, filter(type1:id26), info = 503.00 13,”

    I'm trying to convert .m2ts to .mkv. What's surprising to me that when I tried the trial version on the older version of DVDFab's software, it worked smoothly with no errors. As soon as I bought the software and installed the latest software version, that's when I started getting the error.
