DVD MKV to MP4 Audio Out of Sync

Hi,

I have quite a few MKV files (DVD), that play just fine as an MKV file. I purchased the 2 year everything of DVDFAB and am trying to use Video Converter to make MP4 files for my HTC flyer or Acer A500. The files convert just fine, however the audio is completely out of sync. I have tried many different settings without any success.

If I use another app like the trial of Other Software the audio is in sync.

I have disabled any the the GPU codecs and still have the same problem.

I have tried both the current release and the beta 8.1.1.6

Hoping someone can help me out..

For Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
For XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
