    Hi molitar
Open Fab click the Click the Green at top right corner of the DVDFab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, put a check in Disable all GPU codes and make sure they are set to Software, restart Fab and try again.

Ok tried that... no luck.. The file is a mp4 71 megs in size and 5 1/2 minutes long. But at 27% rendering the file drop from 30+ fps and continually get slower until it's fps has dropped to nil. If I cancel rendering than I have 1.35 minutes of video that is fully watchable.
