Video Converter Always Fails

I bought Video Converter to convert camcorder AVI files to PS3, MP4, etc. Every time I run the program it Fails, displaying the following:

20:43:55 Conversion: one pass
20:44:04 Work 1 failed, Error=504.00; filter name(filter_vdecode), type(2), id(1), get module_error(502.06 8)
20:44:05 Process failed!

I've tried disabling all GPU codecs and setting everything to "Software"

Please help - the program is useless at this point.

or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log

Video Conerter Fails

I've had the same problem over and over again and have given up using the module when trying to convert MKV to VOB --- It's also very slow in any configuration of software or CUDA --- I probably won't renew the licence on this module
