Multiple Conversion Fail

When I queue up multiple conversions, the first one or two work perfectly but then all the remaining fail.

The sources are files that I created using DVDFab BlueRay Ripper and are X.264/ac3 and the destinations are MP4 H.264/aac.

I have two systems both of which behave the same. Both are Windows 7 64bit, quad 3.4GHz CPU, one has 16G RAM and the other 24G.

I have all codecs set to software only.

Why not use the original disc and make a MP4 H.264/aac file?

My primary issue is that I cannot queue up multiple conversions,so using the original disk is not practical unless I had 10+ drives in which I could mount the disks.
