Always crash at 100%

Hello,

When I convert a movie to .mkv or from 2D movie to 3D using .mkv again it always crashes at 100% since version 1.3.8.

I've tried converting from avi to mkv, directly from DVD or BluRay.
Same result.

Nope... I've installed 8.1.5.9 and still crashes at 100%
I never had those problems before...

Please post a crash dump using ProcDump.
