I successfully converted an mkv video file to MP4 using the iPad profile. I then tried to extract/convert another audio track (different language) from this file. Apparently I can't use the iPad profile for this (there is no "audio only" there), so I used the iPod profile. After about 30% the converter crashes, I can't extract the audio therefore.
What can I do?

Update: I tried another file, with similar results. The Audio only converter crashes after 60%, while video+audio work fine. This time I tried another profile, see log. The log showd the first, successful conversion, followed by the crashed audio-only conversion:
