How do I get rid of the subtitles?

I'm started using dvd converter today. Looks great on my ipod, but how do I get rid of the subtitles?

Uncheck all the "subpicture" boxes prior to ripping, no way to get rid of them once you've converted the video they are hard coded into the video stream.
