    8.1.6.3 error converting wmv to mp4

    Not sure what the issue is but performing just a simple convert of a WMV file to MP4 (ipad.h264) is always ending with following error:

    Conversion: one pass: 16:02:45
    Intel GPU acceleration for video encoding enabled
    : 16:02:45
    Work 1 failed, Error = 504.00 0 error: filter name(native_mux), type(128), id(11), get fatal exception

    : 16:02:54
    Process failed!

    Hi bhendrix
    Try using software settings.
    Open Fab click the Click the Green at top right corner of the DVD Fab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, put a check in Disable all GPU codes and make sure they are set to Software, restart Fab and try again.

      Still no luck

      Thanks for the response. However, even with the changes you've suggested, I'm still getting the exact same error with no other details other than what is listed above.

        Please post your logs the default location is:
        For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
        or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
        or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
        Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal logand post right here.
