How to make DVD a single AVI

I want to convert the whole movie on a DVD into a single AVI file. I see converting the individual VOBs, but that makes individual AVIs. I want one AVI.

Additionally, I want to set the bit rate to make this single AVI a particular size.

Is there someway to do this?

Yeah, use DVD Ripper instead of Video Converter.
