Problem MKV (Audio in HD) to M4V/MP4

I have recently bought "This mean War" while I was visiting Canada and ripped into MKV format onto my laptop and left the disc with my brother there.

Now I am back in HK and I tried to convert it back to MP4/M4V for my iPhone/iPad. I can play the MKV file smoothly on my desktop or laptop but there were audio hiccup in the mp4 file. I recalled I have similar problem with some BR (7.1) and I have to choose remove HD audio to get it right.

SInce I can't access the BR until I visit Canada next year, My question is can I remove HD audio from MKV file and convert into mp4 files? I don't see that option in the file converter section.

    Thanks in advance

    Zori,
you can do it on a side.
    (1) Download and install (it's free) hdbrdtreamextractor
    (2) Download and install (it's also free) mkv muxer with mkvtoolnix
    and then:
    (a) extract audio core DTS with extractor and (b) remux it back with videostream using mkv muxer.
