Converting from mkv to ps3 or mp4

Hi All ... another new user ...

I tried to convert a movie (1.5 GB - 1h50mn) from mkv format to PS3 MP4 formats. In these two cases, the conversion stops always at 1h31mn of the film.
I also tried with another film, same result, the conversion stops after 1h31mn always ... with more or les a few seconds.
Is this a bug? or is it due to any film protection?

On the other hand, in same two cases and for the two films, I see the choice of different languages but no subtitle even there are many subtitles in the original film.
Why did the subtitles disappeared?

Last thing, the button "Video Effect Settings " doesn't work 9 times of 10 ... it is very embarrassing.
Is there any particular setting to do?

I must also say that I use the soft with the configuration default. I didn't changed any settings ...
