Stops incoding no error codes

Hi I tried Lord of the dance 3d with all software from 50 gig disk and also 50 gig iso on hard drive which both play fine and in 3d also.I tried with cuda and with all soft wear results are the same.The encoding starts then just hangs doing nothing.I was trying to make a mt2s 3d side by side fast copy.This disk also won't convert from 50 to 25 gig full 3d same problem it just hangs.

Doe's fabs encoder need upgrading as their seems to be a lot of people including myself that get these kinds of stopping in the middle or dropped frame errors.Is the staff looking into this as my posts are going unanswered when these problems happen and they been up for awhile now.Thanks in advance.

vso inspector say's disk read surface test 100 percent ok but couldn't
stream 2 files after 10 trys each.The fab log is below for softwear only the disk plays fine and the 50 gig iso file made from the disk plays fine.Had to cut log file to fit.

Same problem I have been having with a few discs. DVDFab team needs to address this issue as I haven't seen any explanation of what causes these errors as of yet.
