3d.avi.h264.ac3 Doesn't Work

Hello,
I've tried repeatedly to convert from MPG2 to 3d.avi.h264.ac3, mono anaglyph red/cyan but when I start the conversion my 3d h264 settings revert back to avi.h264.ac3 (the 3d is dropped) and all I get is a 2d conversion.
I've disabled my CUDA thinking that that might be the problem but still no joy.
Is this a known problem?

It's OK here. Maybe you select the 2D profile. Please make sure the profile before starting conversion. Thanks.
