Tried to open a downloaded FLV file into DVDFab Converter, but the file was not recognised as a supported file (ie: the file was not listed when going through the initial "Open Source File" process). I could drag it into the Converter window but it wouldn't convert to anything. I have re-downloaded and reinstalled v9.0.2.2, but nothing changed. v8.2.2.6 works perfectly. Any ideas please? Running Windows 7.
