    mp4 to Mkv random failures

my problem is that I randomly get problems converting files from mp4 to mkv and its a real hassle. here are my log files. I was able to convert "Act Of Valor" but "Fire with Fire" didn't work... funny thing is last night.... I converted "Fire with Fire" fine but had the wrong audio and needed to redo it.... now it didn't work. I get this with other movies as well. the original mp4 was made using DVDFAB BD-ripper... I had them ripped to mp4 originally only to find out that my WD TV live stutters playing MP4's and works flawlessly playing mkv files.... so now I'm converting to MKV and don't have the original disc to just rip is to MKV... any body help me please.

    DVDFab 9.0.2.2 (2013/01/22 13:54:38)

Try using MKVToolnix to just remux them without having to re-encode.

that program works pretty good but the movie plays slightly choppy on the wd tv box... almost like its stuttering at very high speeds... movie is still very playable but every now and then during fast action sequences you can tell that the movie stutters. When I Re-encode to MKV... the file plays super smooth... like a dvd out of the box! Any other ideas.... Anybody from DVD Fab take a look at the log and figure anything out...??
