Conversion to iPad hangs

I copied a movie to my computer. But, when I try to convert it to iPad format from the .VOB files, it hangs around 10% of the way in.

I'm using DVDfab 8.1.2.6

You should update to 8.2.2.7 and post your internal log.

Please use the latest v9 version and try again. V9 version upgrade the latest conversion engine.

I still have 9 months left on my DVD Copy 8.1.2.6. How can I update to v9, and still get credit for that time?

Just download it, go to the members site and create an account if you haven't yet, if you have just use the name and account password to register. You get version 9 free with a paid license.
