Can't install 9.0.6.0

Each time I try to install 9.0.6.0 I get the message to close the following application: "DVDFab 9 is the all-in-one software to copy, rip, convert and create Blu-ray and Video files".

I can't get beyond that and I'm a licensed user.

Can anyone help?

Don't click on "Run", save it to your computer locate it and right mouse click on it and run as administrator.

why yo can't update?

what version are you running now? I had 9.5.02 I think and I couldn't either until I updated to the 9.05.8 then to the 9.6.0, if that helps any?
