Video goes fast forward while audio remains proper

    Hi Members,

I need your expertise with DVDFab video conversion pls. Video captured via a camcord has a video format of AVCHD.

I attempted to convert these files into .MP4 format using DVDFab with
not much luck. That is the converted video when played is in 'fast-forward' . The Audio is OK.

I have tried this on two Laptops and both results the same.

I'm hoping someone here has come across and resolved this issue.

    Thanks
    Devante.

I am having the same issue when I convert some mkv files to M4V or MP4. Conversion of MKV files of newer releases such as Star Trek work fine but an MKV version of an older Sherlock Holmes DVD has this problem. I have attached the internal log

I had try to convert some MKV files to mp4 or ipad 3, could not reproduce.
Please update to the latest version,
then go to common settings-> A/V Codec -> Disable all GPU, try again.
thanks in advance for any feedback

Fast Forward and Freeze Issue here.

Upgraded to the latest firmware (today Oct 12 2013.
I have three WMA files taken off vimeo. The first file worked fine. The other two not so much. For example I have an about 1min 30 sec file. During the conversion the FPS kicks in around 44 and moves down to about 26. In the meanwhile the time to go counter kicks in around 20 minutes and then increases in reverse to the FPS to about 56 minutes. The percentage completed does not go past 2%. After approximately one and a half or so. The file says completed done.
(the only troubleshooting done was turn turbo GPU off.)

I have attached the log file (deleted all so it was started from scratch).

Good morning. I am also having the same issue trying to convert dvr-ms files to the MP4 profile. I have confirmed I am using the most available version.

Sorry for the delay in responding, but the website you gave me will not allow me to upload a file.

Are there other options I can try?
