I try compress MKV file to smaller size MKV, i used same profile than before (is not empty), and the first few seconde they have this error message at left box!

I don't see any outputs in your log? You may have gotten a tricked install? I would uninstall it download from the site to the computer, right click on it and install as administrator and give it another go.

I just see what you tell, i not see output, but in software i show where to output, and show the way the place to saved, and now is freeze not finish compress between 7 and 12 % done and freeze (i use now beta version because i can't compress any movie) and not really change is freeze and windows tell me (sometime DVDFab write on left code 1010 or nothing), Is bad the software not tell more information what is error and sending to DVD fab web, the error because is block in my email whit no email adress to send error, or do nothing just freeze, with counter continu with time to finish is 00:00:00, and i just install software by him self. no trick.

Let me rephrase, the install may have been corrupted. Uninstall and reinstall from a new download. Give it a try.

I continu with this for Bwta, i know is not same version, but still problem, official release i have some error, and beta version too.

Here small log (software stop work and at the end i cancel work, because it look continu, but timer not good and CPU not work, because i not use NVidia Cuda, too much error with my good 2 GPU N780Ti):
