MKV to M4V

Trying to convert from MKV to M4V I keep getting an error message "the NVidia Graphics driver (CUDA) causes a crash problem, Please update it to the latest version".

My drivers are up to date. It lets me convert some but not others.

Also when this message comes up it messes up the DVD fab program and I cant open the program. Sometimes I can reboot and it will start to work. Other times I have to delete the entire program and reload it for it to let me open the program back up.

Can anyone help?

Note: The latest NVIDIA driver version 337.88 has some compatibility problems when converting with CUDA in DVDFab. Please roll back to the old driver version 334.89 or 335.23 if you are using the device (GTX 640/650/660/670/680/690/750/760/770/780/TITAN) that supports CUDA 3.0/3.5/5.0. Our developers and NVIDIA engineers are checking the problem. Thanks!

downgraded to 334.89 still having the issue..?? any other Ideas ?

Post your dvdfab internal log file.Are you using the latest version of Fab?
Try setting fab to all software in Fab settings for codec.
