    Subtitle missing letters

    I'm from Sweden so obviously I like to have Swedish subs.
    I noised a problem when converting and using a SRT files.
    When the video is converted all the letters "å,ä and ö" are missing.

    Converting to MP4 ATV3
    These are the steps I take:
    1. Drag and drop both video and SRT to the main window in conversion mode.
    2. Check the SRT is active in the subtitle field.
    3. Setting Direct rendering to video.
    4. Start rendering.

    I can´t find any other setting for subs to see if there is an issue with type of UTF-8 characters.

    Has anyone else encountered this issue?

    I can reproduce the same issue that the letters "å,ä and ö" could not be shown in the converted result.

    Please wait some time to fix the issue.

    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log

    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

          Hi,

          Please try the latest version V9173 and try again.

          It should be fixed.

          Please upload the log and the subtitle files if you still got the same problem.

            Still not working

            Using DVDFab 9.1.8.3
            Tried again and still fails!

            Included log and SRT (zipped).

              Hi,

              You need to choose Swedish in Edit -> Subtitle. Not EN.

              Please have a try.

                Now working

                Ok, that did it, now it works!
                Had some issues finding the settings at first.
