Paste not working in the bitrate edit box in the advanced settings dialog

Pasting doesn't work in the bitrate edit box of the advanced settings dialog.

I assume it is a bug since the context does mention paste.
I'm trying to paste a value copied from the windows calculator.

I tried copy/paste from a notepad app. It worked for that.

So the issue is probably format based. The value copied from the calcultator is likely to be a real with decimals. That is probably what causing the failure.
