DVD/BD converted to iPhone with several Language Sound Tracks

Hallo! I used SW from the beginning to convert DVD/BD so that if can be used on iPhone/ iPad: As I can see, I own the Movies with usually 2 or 3 Language Tracks. These Language can be changed while movie is Running!
But the last ones I converted to iPhone6 lost the additional language Voice Tracks. Until then there is One Language only, selecting missing.
Whats going wrong? May be I need a reset to change settings to the "Standard" ones. I am a real private user without any experiences here.

We can select several audio track from Audio list.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
