I currently have trouble changing the fps on a lot of input files.
Basically, the conversion is being done with the default fps value. The default value is also what is shown in the log for the output file.
The following kinds of files have shown the issue:
- h264 with constant 59.94 fps
- mpeg2 dvd source with mixed 23.97 and 29.97 fps (commercial dvd stream)
