I would consider myself an experienced user but can't seem to resolve this issue.
Whenever I try to re-encode a REMUXed MKV that has the Microsoft V_MS/VFW/FOURCC / WVC1 Codec the audio is fine but the video is jerky like a number of frames have been removed sequentially as the h.264 encoding is taking place.
I am setting the bit depth per pixel to 0.10 to reduce the files size but doing a 2-pass to retain good quality.
I have tried a number of different frame rate settings but it makes no difference.
Can anyone advise?
