Ok. I'll look at it, but since it only applies to MKV, and not other formats, it's not exactly what I need.

I need the profile set, so that ANY format (not just MKV) will format, display, etc optimally on the Galaxy Note 4.

I want to recommend this program to some not-so-technical users, and the "Device Profile" is a godsend....

Please please make sure to add it in to to the Video Converter!!!

Use the ripper module from disc and the converter from files. That's a pretty versatile device and will play most of the formats available. Check the device specs..
Video Formats: MP4, AVI, MKV, 3GP, WMV and FLV
Codecs: MPEG4, H.264, VC-1, DivX/XviD, H.263, Sorenson H.263
Audio Formats: MP3, AAC, WMA, WAV, AC3
Playback/Recording: 1080p Full HD@30fps, 720p HD@30fps
