I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active. When I convert my movies to video, to watch on my phone, my phone doesn't recognize them. I've tried Video converter, & dvd ripper as well, to no avail!!!!! I've been a loyal DVDFab member for over 5 years, & am beginning to question that loyalty!!! What steps do I take?
