    Converted MP4 won't play on PS3 nor Xbox 360

I converted some MOV video files to MP4 but they won't play on neither my PS3 nor Xbox 360, although both systems are supposed to support MP4. Is there a setting or something that can fix this problem or do I have to use a different converter? Thanks!

I have the MP4 videos on a USB thumb drive. When I put it in the Xbox 360 it says my format is not compatible. And the PS3 just says no files found.

Your thumb drive must be formatted FAT32 for the PS3 and placed in a folder named "VIDEO" or it won't be seen. Unsure on the xbox?

It worked! My usb thumb drive was already in FAT32 format, all I had to do was put my video files in a folder named "Video" and I was able to play them on my PS3.

Thanks so much for your help!
