Since several versions to date VC1 sources (mkv container) are converted with frame errors.
The framerate is reduced to half, every frame is output twice. What makes up for a jitter effect.
The error is independent of software/hardware decoding/encoding and it does not matter if h264 or h265 is used or output as avi, mkv, mp4, whatever.
Seems to be the VC1 splitting/decoding.
I saw it first with 9.3 and now with 10.0.2 it is still the case.
There is no crash, nothing in the logs...
