Video downloader hangs at 0.0MB

I recently upgraded my OS to Windows 10 and installed DVDFab v10.0.3.2. I had no problems with the downloader in the past, but now it won't download anything. It looks like its downloading, but it just sits at 0.0MB/<0.01MB.

I've tried all different types of videos, and none of them will download. Any suggestions?
