h265 no longer a option since the update

Hey all,
Since updating from v10 to v11(latest) i am no longer able to select h265 for encoding as well as my default profile with h265 has been deleted, according to the hardware info i am able to use it.

To convert to h265, you can choose those h265 profile directly.
