Can't add video file

Attach the DVDFab internal log session from one of these. What type of file is the Source you are trying to convert?

When I try to add a video file to video converter it says can't add file make sure file is playable this happened on both versions of dvdfab 11.0.1.6 and 1.7 the only versions that work are 11.0.1.5 and below
