No subtitles burn in when convert iTunes video

When I try to convert videos from iTunes , I cannot make the build in subtitles burn in to video.
I have to extract the subtitles into .srt file by 3rd party tool and add the .sub file to Video Converter manually.
Do anyone encountered the same issue ?

Hi, DVDFab does not support TXT subtitle format.

Please download MediaInfo (free) at , and use this software to analyze this itunes' file, then you can check the subtitle format.
