Converter failre

I just updated to 11.0.6.6, and trying to convert mp4 H265 movies to mp4 h264 to watch on iPad/iPhone.. Have done this plenty of times in the past, however the process immediately fails on any movie I try to convert. Please help.

Please go to Common Settings>General>A/V Codec, tick the "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding" box and uncheck the option "Enable Lightning-Shrink when applicable" to convert again and see the result.
