No support for conversion of 4K

I have a 4K UHD MKV file that I want to compress using Converter, but there are no 4K profiles available i.e. no h.265/10bit output. I have the 4K UHD Ripper so the capablity of outputing in an appropriate format should be there, but the only output formats are standard Bluray type formats

I feel like an idiot, I was looking in the settings for default prfile, rather than the other profiles, doh!
