AVI convert not working

When doing an AVI convert, all the output is is 2 side by side videos. I have checked the codecs used to encode the video, and it does not seem to make a difference as to how the source was encoded.

Check your settings should be video then check general then AVI I think your using the 3d avi so wrong setting used.I tryed it and it worked fine in convertor regular avi.

Hi specise, like Faith said, please check the source file and make sure that you choose regular AVI rather than AVI 3 D profile for the conversion.

When I am converting FROM avi to anything, I get the above. I have tried MKV, MP4 normal and even AI Enlarger, this is what I get.

Please playback the source avi using VLC first.
If the avi source plays ok, then please attach the dvdfab_internal log session for the conversion and send us one short avi file so that we can test it on our side.
