Request HDR->SDR tone mapping option?

Hey Dvdfab,

I don't believe there is currently an option to do HDR->SDR tone map conversion when downscaling a 4K video. Is that an option on the roadmap?

True, but there are still problems on some titles an example is Star Wars : The Rise of Skywalkers where the conversion of the tonal map from HDR to SDR is not adequate especially on dark colors and for this reason I sent you both by email and via forum a series of captured images. At the moment the solution mile and force the block of incompatibility with the profile mkv.hevc 8 bit/mkv avc 8 and 10 bits, alternatively passtrought and then video converter with the chosen profile (not with mkv sdr, even with video converter has the same problems).
