convert Sub/idx to Srt possible?

I had my settings wrong, and ended up with sub/idx files, is there a way to re-convert them to SRT files, or recode the sub/idx to srt from the MKV I created?

I am afraid not. It is not supported in Video Converter. I will pass this as a feature request to the product manager.
