AMD GPU is not used while converting

Hello,
i have a lot of old videofiles that need to be converted. Old formats not working on most Android devices.
So i have around 1TB of Videos an my DVDFab is not using my GPU for converting.

I installed the newest drivers, tried deinterlaced, tired to enable AMP APP in the settings.
But all i tried has not helped. My videos just uses my cpu and takes around 1 hour for 1 video.

Is there a setting or a specific format i need to use to?

Hi Skor, what is the format of your video sources and what format do you want to convert to? Please send us the dvdfab_internal log file and fabcheck_internal log file to help check it out, thanks.

Hi,
sorry the late reply. So most of the videos are mp4 some are wmv.
My target format is mkv h264. AMD Lighning Shrinks says enabled but while converting it says not using hardware accelerating.
