When is Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) supported?

Hello I have many 4k HDR video files (mp4 / mov) with Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) and would like to edit them with Fab-Converter when is HLG supported?

I was actually hoping for an answer as to why this HDR format (HLG) is not supported?
Also the PlayerFab does not support HLG?

DVDFab does not support conversion of HLG but Playerfab supports HLG.
