Conversion Presets Output Incorrect Filesizes

I used StreamFab to download the movie The Unnamable from Amazon. The movie downloaded as 5GB. I wanted to re-encode it to a smaller size in DVDFab. I used the mp4 Apple ProRes preset and set the filesize to 2048MB.
The size increased to 50GB.

I have had constant issues with the presets not encoding to the specified filesize or bitrate.

ProRes encoding is not like h264/ hevc that can control the bitrate accurately. We will improve it.

Understood, but it shouldn't increase the video 45GB. I have used the normal mp4 preset and still had issues in the past.
Is there a setting that you recommend?

Please use h264 and set Standard as Video Quality to try again.
If still have the same problem, please provide the entire log folder.
