pixelated screen errors and freezes

I am getting frequent pixelated screen errors and freezes in the h264 file after converting a flawless video from Amazon. Not every movie but enough that it is not worth using the product. Any ideas or old posts to point me to? Thanks

try going into common settings - av codec - click disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding
restart dvdfab again and retry converting your file again and see how that turns out.
