DVDFab v12.0.9.6 (Win) DVD converter is on trial mode even thought I paid

I paid that product a long time ago and today for no reason, it was on trial mode, said that I need to purshase video converter. I paid again incase I didn't paid for a life time. Now I have 2 video converter, Paid, in my account webpage but dvd fab is still on Trial mode. Tried to deauthorize and sign back in without any sucess.

Damn, I paid twice. And they don't check their messages not until tonight. time zone issue

Well that's what I did on their website

It's a server authentication issue. Lots of users are experiencing this for the past 36 hours. So far they aren't doing anything about it or probably are not aware of it. Everyone should put in a ticket, citing server authentication not working so that authorized users are being treated as free trial.
