The video size is not the same

Ok so I am having issues converting my M2TS files to any other format. Here is my log;

2m 24.87s: create config(3)
2m 24.87s: convert profile(generic.mp4.h264.aac)
2m 24.89s: 513.05 : the video size is not the same 0x0 -> 1920x1080
2m 24.91s: 513.05: get video start offset(43842)
2m 24.91s: 2m 26.32s: try to use gpu acceleration(2) for video decoding
2m 26.32s: DXVA GPU acceleration for video decoding enabled
2m 27.35s: h264_encode: encode param profile(2) level(40) bitrate(14199)

It looks like the issue is the video size is not the same. Anyone have any idea what I should do?

You may try this

Please Open Fab click the Click the Green √ at top right corner of the DVDFab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, set Video Decoder to Software and set Video Encoder to Software restart Fab and try again.

I am sorry I forgot to mention I have tried this a couple of times and when I do so the program crashes before it even starts converting.
