What is missing in Video Converter?

I am not going to start a new tread as i did this to help
the staf & the programmers as i see this converter as
a good start to become one of the leaders.
So I stop commenting what my experiences are with
Dvdfab

I am doing some batch converts of files to get them onto my phone, and occasionally the file exists. It would be handy if in the 'File Exists do you wish to overwrite" dialog either
1) It remembers the option you select when you tick 'Do not ask me again'
or
2) There is a config option to set the action for if a file already exists.

Overall I am finding it handy (once I disabled CUDA, that was causing issues) for putting videos onto my Galaxy S
