WTV to MVK then resize/convert with dvdfab crashes

    WTV to MVK then resize/convert with dvdfab crashes

    I have a ceton cable card that i've used to record HD tv and movies to my computer. I've converted the WTV file to MKV but when i try to resize the file to put on my Samsung Epic DVDFab runs for a while and crashes.

    any help would be appreciated. Also any plans to add a wtv file converter?

      I don't see a process log. I have a burn and internal. Internal attached.

        Thanks for the logs but a developer may need to help with understanding them. I did notice you are using an old Beta release so you may want to update DVDFab to the latest released version but do not install the latest Beta as some members are having it crash on them

            the logs you are looking at were converted by another program from wtv to avi. I was then using DVDFab to convert to a 800X480 video for my Samsung Epic. This is where i was getting the crashes.

            Now i'm trying with the same wtv file converted to mpeg-2. If this doesn't work i'll post the logs for this attempt.

              Please uninstall old versions firstly, and then reinstall the latest beta version 8.0.4.8 at to see if you still encounter the same crash problem.
